Not only customizing a nutrition program just for you, but accompanying you on a shopping trip to familiarize you with the Do’s and Dont’s of shopping in today’s grocery store safely and effectively.

After the proper food is accumulated, we bring it back to your kitchen where old items will be thrown out and new healthy recipes created. Then several follow up appointments ensure we keep you on track and introduce even more recipes to your collection.
