In the western world, we recently seem to have taken to yoga. Well, at least we do the Asanas (postures). We have generally forgotten about the philosophy of yoga and it’s eight “limbs” which outline specific lifestyle, hygiene, and detoxification regimens, as well as physical and physiological practices that can lead to a more integrated personal development.
